The Borderland Coffee team is Eliot Hinshaw and Zach Johnston.

Eliot has over 10 years experience in the coffee industry as a barista and in management. He has a passion for friendly service, education, and making killer latte art. Zach is a content creator that enjoys trying new and uniques coffees and reviewing home coffee brewing equipment.

We've built a custom mobile coffee cart that allows us to cater events and pop up at different locations around the community. We also host classes on coffee brewing, coffee tasting, latte art, and more.
